Key Responsibilities Lead the operational planning, coordination, and execution of PR and communications activities across the organisation Manage PR workflows, campaign timelines, approvals, deliverables, and reporting processes Coordinate media engagements, press opportunities, interviews, speaking engagements, and external communications activities Lead the development and execution of PR campaigns, visibility strategies, and brand reputation initiatives Work closely with creative, marketing, partnerships, production, and leadership team to ensure alignment on communication objectives Manage relationships with media partners, agencies, vendors, influencers, and external stakeholders Oversee press materials including press releases, media kits, briefing documents, talking points, and communication assets Monitor media coverage, audience sentiment, campaign performance, and PR effectiveness metrics Ensure consistency in brand messaging, communication standards, and public-facing materials Coordinate event communications, press coverage logistics, and stakeholder engagement activities Support crisis communication coordination and reputation management initiatives where required Drive operational efficiency, structure, and accountability across PR and communications processes
