HEAD OF MEDIA

-Build, lead, motivate and manage the production team(Production, Post Production, Sound, Equipment, Multimedia, Service Production) fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, positioning and grooming them based on their areas of strength and ministry needs for the next level of responsibility and growth. * Provide leadership to all team members – paid as well as the volunteer staff to ensuring a harmonious, mutually beneficial working relationship -Work closely with other departments to align production strategies with overall business objectives. -Participate in strategic planning sessions to discuss future projects and initiatives and lead department solutions to support them. * Responsible for the formal launch and operations for broadcast media projects such as Pistis Radio, Seed Squad Channel, Elevation TV. * Harness all resources to ensure end-to-end delivery required for all production projects, including events, conferences and outreaches. -Address and resolve any issues that arise during the production process or during services, ensuring minimal disruption to the workflow, globally and at the expressions. -Develop and maintain relationships with external broadcast stakeholders including media partners, TV stations, online stations etc. * Evolve innovative content for TV, online broadcast/Youtube. •Work with the head of Communications to ideate, script and produce communications, announcements and promotional videos that align with project themes, directions or goals. * Ensure brand messaging and visual alignment across themes at all times working with the head of communications. * Ensure alignment with communications on all content – drama, series, podcasts produced.
