– Lead the development and execution of the Academy’s business development strategy to drive growth, increase the Academy’s programs and offerings vital to increase revenue and expand the student base. – Develop and manage the marketing and business development budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective strategies. – Monitor expenses, track ROI, and provide regular reports to Executive management. – Creating original concepts that result in effective and compelling marketing initiatives and communication. – Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and achieve enrollment targets. – Identify and pursue opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and strategic alliances with relevant organizations, educational institutions, and industry stakeholders. – Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas of growth. – Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and leverage relationships to create business opportunities for DCA. – Develop and implement a cohesive marketing communications plan that effectively promotes the Academy’s brand, programs, and achievements. – Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, social media campaigns, and other promotional materials. – Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising. – Monitor marketing analytics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. – Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels and touchpoints. – Lead and inspire a team of marketing and busines
– A Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, education or a related field. – Proven experience of over 12 years in business development, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the education sector or creative industry. – Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, with experience in digital marketing and online platforms. – Demonstrated success in developing and executing business development plans, establishing partnerships, and achieving growth targets. – Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences. – Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams. – Analytical mindset and proficiency in using data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and drive decision-making. – Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment. • Passion for creativity, education, and the arts. – Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business development and marketing plans. – Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. – Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. – Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making. – Adept at building and maintaining relationships with governing institutions and industry stakeholders.
