Design and lead a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Create messaging frameworks that enhance brand visibility and ensure consistency across all channels. Identify key communication priorities to support organizational growth, reputation, and stakeholder engagement. Lead internal communications efforts to ensure alignment, transparency, and engagement across all levels of the organization. Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement, corporate culture, and leadership communications. Oversee media relations, including managing press releases, media briefings, and responding to media inquiries. Act as a spokesperson and key representative for the company in external communications. Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, analysts, influencers, and industry stakeholders. Protect and enhance the company’s brand reputation and public image through proactive public relations campaigns. Lead crisis communication efforts and ensure timely and effective responses to any reputational challenges. Oversee the development of key communication materials such as newsletters, presentations, social media content, speeches, and corporate reports. Manage the creation and distribution of content to various stakeholders, including customers, investors, and partners. Lead and mentor the communications team, setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring high performance. Develop training programs to enhance communication skills and capabilities within the team. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communications strategies. Analyze and report on communication metrics and outcomes to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Lead crisis communications in the event of emergencies, organizational challenges, or reputation risks. Develop and maintain crisis communication protocols and provide training to key personnel.

requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies for large organizations. Strong media relations experience, with established relationships across key media channels. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience in crisis communication and brand management. Ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams. Strong analytical skills and ability to assess communication effectiveness through metrics. Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to fast-changing business environments.
