job responsibilties
– Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organizations’ goals, ensuring the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent in the creative industry.
– Oversee the recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified professionals.
– Design strategic management for daily Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS management, and record-keeping.
– Conduct workforce planning and forecasting to anticipate future HR requirements and effective succession planning.
– Promote positive employee relations by providing guidance and support on HR policies, resolving conflicts, and addressing employee concerns in a timely and effective manner.
– Establish and maintain employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention and handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
– Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the organization and implement related initiatives.
– Design and implement performance management systems to enhance individual and organizational performance, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
– Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure and track key HR indicators, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
– Identify training and development needs across the organization and develop appropriate learning programs and encourage a culture of continuous learning and development to enhance employee skills and competencies.
– Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs for the Group, ensuring competitive and equitable practices that attract and retain top talent.
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices, while considering the unique needs of each business unit
requirements
– Minimum of 14 years of experience in a progressively responsible HR role, with at least 8 years in a leadership or management position preferably in the creative industry, marketing, production or a related field with a global workforce.
– Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations sufficient to set up and manage a global team with end-to-end HR functions and technologies for work in a creative industry
– Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies and programs to support organizational goals, work productivity and objectives.
– Solid understanding of talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including experience in sourcing and selecting creative professionals.
– Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
– Experience in designing and implementing performance management systems, training and development initiatives, and compensation and benefits programs.
– Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and drive results in a fastpaced and creative environment.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage HR data and metrics for decision-making and process improvements.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or globally recognized HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is preferred.
