Grant and Partnership Officer

Responsibilities: Develop and execute annual fundraising strategies with measurable quarterly and monthly targets. Drive the implementation of fundraising initiatives to achieve annual revenue goals. Identify and secure new funding opportunities, grants, sponsorships, and donations. Strengthen existing fundraising channels while expanding new income streams. Engage volunteers, donors, grant institutions, and strategic partners to maximize fundraising outcomes. Research, identify, and pursue local and international grant opportunities. Develop compelling grant proposals, concept notes, pitch decks, and donor presentations. Manage the end-to-end grant lifecycle, from application to award, implementation, compliance, and reporting. Ensure timely execution of grant agreements and donor requirements. Track grant applications and provide regular reports to management. Collaborate with program teams to monitor grant implementation and impact. Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement Build, nurture, and sustain strategic partnerships with donor agencies, corporate organizations, foundations, government institutions, and development partners. Organize partnership events, donor appreciation programs, press briefings, awards, and engagement sessions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual grants and partnerships reports Monitor fundraising performance and recommend strategies to improve donor retention and partnership growth. Collaborate with the Monitoring & Evaluation team to measure program impact. Identify capacity-building needs and facilitate staff development initiatives. Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of volunteers and team members. Budget Planning & Financial Oversight
