What you’ll own:
• Drive revenue, profitability and sustainable business growth
• Lead and align cross-functional teams across the agency
• Oversee day-to-day travel operations and service delivery
• Build and strengthen relationships with airlines, hotels, travel partners and corporate clients
• Identify new markets, products and commercial opportunities
• Ensure operational efficiency, accountability and exceptional customer experience
• Translate the company’s strategy into execution and results

Who we’re looking for:
• You have 10+ years of experience in the travel industry, with significant experience leading cross-functional teams within a travel agency.
• You understand the travel business from the inside out; how bookings work, how revenue is generated, how travel products are sold, how partnerships are built, how operations are managed and, most importantly, how all of this translates into profit.
• You are commercially sharp, operationally strong and comfortable making decisions, building teams and driving people towards results.
