Greet and assist clients in a friendly and -professional manner.
-Handle inquiries, appointments, and provide information about salon services.
-Manage the SPA appointment book efficiently.
-Coordinate with stylists and other staff to schedule appointments.
-Ensure accurate recording of client information and preferences
-Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
-Keep the front desk area tidy and organized.
-Stay informed about salon products and services.
-Assist clients in choosing products that meet their needs.
-Address and resolve client concerns or escalate as needed.
-Work collaboratively with the SPA team to ensure a smooth client experience.

Proven experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using SPA management software and basic computer applications.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in a salon or spa setting.
