Responsibility
•Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
•Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports
•Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
•Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management and board of directors
•Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
•Manage and mentor finance department staff members
•Monitor and report on financial compliance and regulatory requirements
•Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial planning and reporting
•Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes
•Identify and mitigate financial risks
•Monitor cash flow and manage budgets

Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
•ICAN /ACCA certification is a must
•Minimum of 6-8years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field and experience in a managerial capacity
•Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
•Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
•Experience working with financial systems and software
