job responsibilties
• Ensure all facilities are always in good state of repair
– Ensure all utilities are managed properly (Electricity, water, fuel, diesel, internet, waste disposal, estate dues and others)
• Informing management of any damage in a timely manner
– Liaising (including negotiations) with all vendors and artisans to obtain repair costs
– Recommending appropriate improvements to management
– Liaising with all security personnel to ensure security of facilities at all times
– Ensure sign in/sign out register
– Ensure the cleanliness of all space
requirements
• Academic: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any related field
• Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating equipments and safety precautions related to facility management
– At least 2 years experience on the job or in a relevant role
• Must be a well organized, detailed and customer (interval and external) oriented self starter.
– strong procurement and negotiation skills
– Excellent Communication abilities
– technology savvy, 100% computer literate and confident with application
– Proximity to Lekki, VI- Ajah Axis is advised
– Younger than 30 preferably
