job responsibilties
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization
- Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage CEO diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
- Provide effective calendar management and set up meetings
- Reminding the CEO and Executive Group of important tasks and deadlines.
- Receive calls and respond to emails
- Provide administrative support,
- Manage office supplies and order new supplies as needed
- Booking and arranging travels, transport and accommodation
- Typing, compiling and preparing report, presentations and correspondence
- Systematically file important company documents
requirements
- Graduate of any discipline
- Minimum of 3years in a Personal/executive Assistant
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite
- Experience in using general office equipmen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In depth knowledge of administrative record keeping practice
- Ability to plan, schedule, and execute office related events
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
