Core Responsibilities
* Executive Administration & Schedule Management
* Proactively manage complex personal and business calendars, ensuring no conflicts between corporate deadlines and personal commitments.
* Act as the primary gatekeeper for emails and official correspondence, crafting professional responses that align with the brands’ sophisticated tone.
* Coordinate virtual meetings and provide on-call tech support to ensure seamless collaboration.
* Marketing & Brand Coordination
* Serve as the Project Coordinator for Alexandrite and Isibhaho’me marketing campaigns, tracking deadlines from concept to execution.
* Execute social media management: oversee content scheduling, community engagement, and basic content creation across all brand and personal accounts.
* Develop high-end presentations and reports using Canva, Google Slides, or PowerPoint for stakeholders and clients.
* Financial & Data Integrity
* Maintain meticulous records through data entry, bookkeeping, and expense tracking (experience with QuickBooks preferred).
* Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to keep the luxury brands at the forefront of the industry.
* Lifestyle & Business Logistics
* Manage business and personal errands, including travel arrangements and vendor follow-ups.
* Anticipate needs by managing “floating” reminders and ensuring all long-term projects stay on track.
