• Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day operations and set goals for growth. • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses, Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers • Coordinate event and decorations from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives • Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues • Oversee the execution of event details and aspects, including seating, dining and guests • Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise • Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event • Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events • Oversee the customer service team and ensure proper execution according to company standards. • Oversee decoration team and evaluate all decoration process is according to clients specifications • Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
