Requirements
Experience in procurement or event support
Good coordination and negotiation skills
Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management and ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.
Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize carrying costs while ensuring product availability.
Coordinate the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery to meet operational demands and customer expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, evaluate vendor performance, and seek opportunities for cost reductions and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with supply chain regulations and standards and prepare reports on supply chain performance, costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review
requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications, such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), are a plus.
A minimum of 3years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics roles, with a demonstrated track record of success in managing supply chain operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to assess supply chain challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
