job responsibilties

• Lead the development and execution of the Academy’s operational strategy to drive growth, ensure excellence and expand the student and curriculum base. • Provide guidance and support in areas such as performance management, professional development, and employee engagement. • Collaborate with the academic team to align operations with the academy’s educational programs and curricula. • Support the development and implementation of new courses, workshops, and initiatives. • Coordinate resources, including faculty, staff, and facilities, to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs and growth. • Oversee all aspects of academy operations, including student enrolment, scheduling, resource allocation, facilities management, and technology infrastructure. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards related to education and operations. • Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. • Develop and manage annual budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial sustainability. • Monitor revenue streams, expenses, and financial performance, implementing strategies to optimize financial outcomes. • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning. • Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and collaborators, facilitating partnerships and collaborations that enhance the academy’s reputation and educational offerings.


We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic individual to join our team as the Director of Operations. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading negotiations, budgeting, purchasing, and putting efficient workflows in place to maximize productivity and performance   • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be an advantage. • Over 12 years in a senior leadership role in a field related to our industry. • Proven experience in operations and leadership roles within the education or creative industry. • Strong understanding of academic operations and familiarity with curriculum development and delivery. • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives. • Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards for educational institutions. • Passion for creativity, innovation, and fostering an engaging learning environment. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Adept at building and maintaining relationships with clients and industry stakeholders • Knowledge of current industry trends, best practices, emerging markets and technologies.
