job responsibilties
•Handle the overall outlook of an event including idea generation and creating the final design for the event
• Responsible for creating events designs, drawings and renderings following company’s policies, procedures and practices
•Manage events space design, taking into consideration the clients’ specifications and needs
• Work closely with clients to understand project specifications and requirements, including the overall budget.
•Build and work with a cohesive and effective team for each project and inspire design by developing a creative and collaborative work environment
•Be current on new technologies, design trends, vendor products, and props/design elements
requirements
• First degree from a reputable university
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in events space designing
• Outstanding project management expertise
• Strong ability to manage different projects together independently
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Superior communications abilities
