job responsibilties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure full resolution and satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions using CRM tools.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to guide customers effectively.
Meet performance targets including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
Support customer onboarding and service processes when required

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2–3 years experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace).
High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in fast-paced industries.
Knowledge of customer service best practices.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Strong organizational and documentation skills
