• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer account • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies • Take extra mile to engage customers • Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services • Following up with clients or customers to check that they were satisfied


• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a customer service representative or officer • Must have a flare for the fashion industry • Strong phone contact handling skills • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suites • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
