Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour. -Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate staff. -Schedule appointments, maintain appointment calendars, and handle appointment confirmations and cancellations -Address client inquiries, provide information about our services, and guide clients to the appropriate areas. -Handle client feedback and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution. -Maintain accurate records of appointments and ensure that client
- Minimum 3 years’ experience • Graduate of any discipline •Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a wellness centre/spa setting. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric attitude. -Proficiency in using office software, including scheduling and booking systems. -Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities. -Discretion, reliability, and a professional appearance and demeanour.
