• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer account
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take extra mile to engage customers
• Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
• Following up with clients or customers to check that they were satisfied
requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a customer service representative or officer Graduate of any discipline
- Strong phone contact handling skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suites
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
