job responsibilties

• Handle customers complaint, provide appropriate solution and alternatives within time limits. • keep record of customers interactions, and process customer accounts. • Manage incoming calls • ensure that customers are satisfied with product or services • follow communication procedures, guidelines, and polices. • follow up with client’s to check that they are satisfied. -Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the business. -Develop, oversee, and manage the overall operations of an organization or facility, such as overseeing staff, maintaining supplies and equipment, or coordinating with other departments


• Minimum 3 years prior customer service/Operations experience • Graduate of any discipline • Proximity to Lekki is advised • Excellent verbal and written transmission skills – Good organization and problem solving skills – Strong phone contact handling skills – Ability to multitask – strong knowledge of Microsoft office suit
