Customer Service Officer
Our client is a culinary company specialized in baking and confectionary, based in Lagos Nigeria
- Identify and document customers’ requests to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate information on products and services to customers
Take customer requests via phone calls, messages, or email.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Follow up with customers and colleagues to ensure swift resolution of complaints.
- 2 years of proven experience as a customer service officer or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to adapt and respond to a wide array of customers.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
