Customer Service Officer
Our Client is in the fashion sector (bespoke and bridal)
• Handle customers complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits. • keep record of customers interactions, and process customer accounts. • Manage incoming calls • ensure that customers are satisfied with product or services • follow communication procedures, guidelines, and polices. • follow up with client’s to check that they are satisfied.
• Minimum 2 years prior customer service experience • Graduate of any discipline • Proximity to Lekki is advised • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Good organization and problem solving skills – Strong phone contact handling skills – Ability to multitask
