job responsibilties
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls and WhatsApp request
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer account
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take extra mile to engage customers
• Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
• Following up with clients or customers to check that they were satisfied
requirements
• Must be a Female
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE ROLE
• Must have experience in Tele sales
• Must have a flare for the fashion industry
• Proven customer support experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Close proximity to Yaba
