job responsibilties
• Handle customers complaint, provide appropriate solution
and alternatives within time limits.
• keep record of customers interactions, and process customer accounts.
• Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries via phone, email, online chat, etc.
• Manage a large volume of customer calls in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Process customer requests and log account transactions
• Effectively communicates company policies and standard procedures
requirements
• Minimum 3 years prior customer service experience
• Graduate of any discipline
• Proximity to Ikoyi is advised
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Good organization and problem solving skills
– Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office applications
– Can adapt to a fast-paced work environment
