Our client is in the film production and Entertainment industry
• Monitor and oversee the different stages of production • Inspect and adjust the techniques used during production to ensure standard operating procedures are met • Organize the repair and maintenance of equipment • Monitor the production processes to ensure best quality in terms of output. • Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times • Ensure that production is cost effective by negotiating, estimating costs, and agreeing budgets • Set, develop and ensure the maintenance of production quality standards -responsible for checking the quality of company products especially for release and delivery, ensuring that they are free of any defects. -coordinate with the Head of production to develop effective processes to maintain and improve the products, following the regulatory procedures and standard protocols. -monitor production, identify areas of improvement, inspect the finished products, and adjust product development techniques based on the client’s specifications.
• Bachelors’ degree in any related field • At least 3-5 years’ experience on the job or in a relevant role – Experience working with distributors and production houses. • Excellent Communication abilities • Superior interpersonal skills • Attention to details – You have 3 years demonstrable experience working in content quality control, in particular Nollywood content (spotting errors & documenting for correction) • Good understanding of Pidgin English (written & spoken) . Other languages are a plus. • With the need to move at light ludicrous speed; • Ability to manage a team on and off site during production. • You are inspired far more by better ways of thinking, than thinking you should throw more people at a problem;
