job responsibilties

•Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that aligns with company goals •Establish and maintain a strong , consistent brand identity across all communication channels •Create engaging content for various platforms including social media websites newsletters and press releases •Ensure all content is accessible and inclusive, considering the needs of PWD and promoting gender targets •Develop and executive digital marketing campaigns to promote the company activities and successes Monitor social media analytics and trends using data to optimize communication strategies •Provide insights and input during program evaluation to ensure communication efforts align with our goals •Act as a spokesperson when necessary ensuring effective communication with media and public. •Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including staff ,mentors and partners to ensure clear and timely communication

requirements

•Bsc or Masters degree in communication ,Marketing ,Public Relations or other related fields •Minimum of 5years of experience in communications preferably in a nonprofit or youth focused program •Proven experience in digital marketing, media relations and social media management •Strong writing editing and content creation skills •experience promoting gender Ryan’s inclusivity is highly desirable •Ability to work collaboratively with internal or external stakeholders •Experience organizational and project management skills •Proficiency with social media platforms content management systems and data analytics tools
