-Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth, profitability and expansion. -Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. -Use data insights to inform business decisions and strategy formulation. -Lead business development efforts to acquire new customers, partners, and opportunities. -Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, alliances, and expansion opportunities. -Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. Set revenue targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement initiatives to achieve sales goals. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. -Understand client needs, address concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. -Provide leadership and guidance to the general workforce and teams. -Set goals, monitor performance, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. -Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives that support long-term business objectives. -Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to adjust strategies as needed. -Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. -Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective actions to optimize profitability and cost efficiency. -Identify and mitigate business risks, including market risks, operational risks, and regulatory risks. -Develop contingency plans and ensure business continuity in the face of challenges.

requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree/MBA is a plus). -Proven experience in business development, sales, or related leadership roles. -Strong understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. -Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth and achieving targets. -Ability to lead and inspire teams, make data-driven decisions, and adapt to changing business environments.
