Chief Financial Officer (Female)

• Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements • Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure • providing and interpreting financial information • Managing budgets • Analyzing change and advising accordingly • researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance • Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk • Audit of Bank Accounts: Petty Cash Account, Account Receivables & Payables transactions • Preparation & Coordination of Daily Bank balances and Account Reconciliation • Supervise & ensuring completeness of Posting to the system • Liaison with Company Tax Consultant on all tax related matters • Processing withholding Tax (WHT), VAT and PAYE remittance • Follow-up with clients & Banks for WHT receipt, credit note and evidence of VAT with FIRS • Liaison with company External Auditor for the statutory Audit and Financial Statement • Ensure Prompt remittance of all company’s taxes – VAT, PAYE, and WHT • Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register • Any other task(s) that may be assigned by Management from time to time
