KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and execute the agency’s long-term strategic vision, goals, and objectives, in alignment with the agency’s mission and values. • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective business development strategies, client retention, and expansion of service offerings. • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction for resell and upsell opportunities. • Oversee all operational aspects of the agency, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements. • Develop and execute the agency’s effective management strategies to achieve business goals, increase brand visibility, and drive client acquisition and retention. • Proactively identify and pursue new business leads, conduct market research, analyze industry trends for effective marketing focus. • Develop and manage the agency’s financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure financial stability and growth. • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture, providing leadership and guidance to the executive team and employees across various departments. • Act as the agency’s representative in the industry, building and maintaining relationships with industry stakeholders, attending relevant events, and staying abreast of industry trends and innovations. • Lead conversations and represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking forums, building brand awareness and expanding the agency’s network of contacts and influence.

JOB REQUIREMENTS • A Master’s degree in business management, operations, finance or a related field. • Proven experience with at least 15 years in an executive leadership role within a creative and PR agency or a similar industry. • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive people and process management strategies that drive business growth and loyalty. • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving business growth, sustainability and profitability. • Excellent leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with a vision for long-term success and continuous efficiencies. • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis and modelling. • In-depth knowledge of the creative and PR industry, including understanding client needs and industry trends. • Strong coordination and risk management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently. • Strategic thinking and analytical mind-set, with the ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies. • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients, international agencies and respected industry contacts. • Knowledge of current industry trends, best practices, emerging markets and technologies.
