  • Collaborate with team members and management to develop the organization’s operational strategy and objectives aligned with the experiential goals.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving measures without compromising the quality of experiences.
  • Establish and streamline operational processes and workflows to ensure seamless execution of experiential activities. Continuously assess processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers. Negotiate contracts, monitor service quality, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services required.
  • Oversee logistics, transportation, and inventory management working hand in hand with the procurement associate to ensure timely delivery of materials, service requested and resources for experiential events or activities.
  • Establish quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the organization’s offerings. Implement risk management strategies to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing operations team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
– Proactively seek ways to enhance the organization’s offerings, operational processes, and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing market initiatives and maximize business performance to reach the customer and company goals


  • Proven experience of 5-6 years in business and Operations management or a related field, preferably in the confectionary sector
  • Demonstrated success in business & operations management, development plans, establishing partnerships, and achieving growth targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business development and marketing plans.
  • Adept at building and maintaining relationships with governing institutions and industry stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
