BUSINESS MANAGER

We are looking for a Business Manager to oversee business, all staff, budgets and operations of the business unit. Ultimately, you’ll help our company grow and thrive. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Business operations Manager within the food industry you’ll be • Responsible for the daily coordination, improvement and execution of all food manufacturing operations in the different locations • You will also be accountable for cost management including equipment efficiencies and generating reports on these financial targets and other KPI’s. • Plans, organizes, assigns, and supervises the work of a number of diversified personnel engaged in food preparation and service. • Observes quality of food service and gives instructions for maintenance of high standards in the different locations • Develops, prepares, and prices menus to satisfy customers’ desires; promotes cash sales and catering/banquet service. • Assigns and trains personnel and determines work schedules. • Interviews and hires employees; evaluates employees’ performance; resolves minor employee grievances.
