job responsibilties
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, media agencies, film/TV producers, and high-net-worth individuals.
– Build and maintain a strong pipeline of inbound and outbound leads.
– Lead pitches, presentations, and negotiations to close profitable deals.
– Drive quarterly and annual sales growth targets, ensuring repeat business from existing clients.
– Research market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
– Develop and propose new products, services, and seasonal packages to expand our offerings.
– Build partnerships with sponsors, vendors, and industry stakeholders for monetization opportunities.
– Support expansion into studio rentals, training academy, and regional partnerships.
– Develop sales materials, case studies, and sector-specific pitch decks.
– Collaborate with marketing to optimize digital presence (website, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
– Drive campaigns that highlight capabilities, seasonal offers, and success stories. – Coordinate and represent at offline activations, panels, and industry networking events.
– Maintain accurate sales records and CRM databases.
– Provide weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, and pipeline health.
– Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
– Act as a professional brand ambassador of in all external engagements.
requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
– 3–5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in media, entertainment, or events).
– Proven ability to consistently meet/exceed sales targets.
– Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
– Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
