job responsibilties

• Engage in the day-to-day administrative duties as required – Regular follow up on prospective clients – Collating and organizing data as required, from registered clients, enquirers etc • Purchasing office supplies and maintaining office equipment • Preparing regular reports on office budgets and expenses • Lodge clients’ application through the company software – Ensure proper documentation of all relevant information


• Graduate of any discipline • Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite • Experience in using general office equipment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • In depth knowledge of administrative record keeping practice • Ability to plan, schedule, and execute office related events • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
