Our Client is a Floristry, Gift and Hampers company
RESPONSIBILITIES • Work with the Business Manager to understand how the front end and back end of the website works, how to take clients orders, take phone calls, speak to clients, take walk in orders, dispatch flowers and all necessary for the day to day administration of the flower shop. • Ensure the cleanliness of the gift shop as well as inventory of items and supplies in the gift shop • Work with the balloonist to ensure understanding of balloon production by being conversant with the types of balloons, sizes, names, description and pricing. • Collaborate with the florists to know and understand types of flowers, names, how to care for them, how to prepare boxes/ trays and foam for arrangements and how to make arrangements. • Engaging with the Business Manager on day to day tasks to understand the business, the direction and goals of the business. • Work with the inventory Manager to know and understand inventory management of the supplies for the florist business and balloon business. • Ensure that preparations and delivery/Installation of flowers for events is properly carried out. • Prepare and submit a daily worksheet of work done.
• A Bachelors degree in any discipline. • Minimum of 2 years work experience in administrative, operations management or any other relevant role • Computer literate, confident with spreadsheets and word documents. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Should reside within Ikoyi, Obalende, Victoria Island ,Yaba, or Lekki. • Preferably within the age range of 24 to 28. WORKING HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 9AM TO 6PM, SATURDAY 10AM TO 3PM
