job responsibilties
Prepare and maintain financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll processing.
-Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
-Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
-Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
-Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
-Assist in audits and tax preparation activities.
requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-CPA certification or progress towards CPA is preferred.
-Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.
-Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
