Location: Lekki, Lagos (Onsite)
Renumeration: Negotiable

Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and driving revenue across corporate and entertainment sectors.
The ideal candidate is commercially driven, relationship-oriented, and confident engaging senior stakeholders across industries. This role requires someone proactive, target-driven, and passionate about growing business within the live events and media ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new B2B business opportunities.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate organizations, agencies, event planners, and marketing teams.
Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
Convert inbound inquiries into profitable business opportunities.
Drive outbound prospecting and client acquisition initiatives.
Collaborate with operations and production teams to develop winning proposals and presentations.
Support revenue growth targets across corporate and entertainment sectors.
Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the events industry.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management.
Experience within events, media, entertainment, production, advertising, or related industries is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of the corporate and agency ecosystem in Lagos.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and manage senior decision-makers confidently.
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented personality.
Experience using CRM tools and structured sales processes is an added advantage.
Existing relationships within FMCGs, banks, telcos, media houses, or large corporations will be an added advantage.
