job responsibilties
- Supervise and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Review engineering designs, drawings, and project specifications.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources and adherence to project timelines.
- Support procurement and evaluation of construction materials and vendors.
requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7–9 years of relevant experience in real estate development or construction projects.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies is an mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of structural design, construction methods, and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other engineering software.
- Excellent problem-solving, project coordination, and communication skills.
