Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Associate to support project planning, coordination, execution, and reporting activities across various business initiatives.
The ideal candidate will support cross-functional projects, coordinate operational activities, and ensure smooth execution of tasks across teams within a fast-paced healthy foods and lifestyle business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects and operational activities.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress updates across assigned projects.
Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
Support project monitoring, compliance, and administrative processes.
Assist with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and project-related engagements.
Conduct research and gather relevant data to support project execution and decision-making.
Maintain organized records of project activities, files, and documentation.
Identify potential project risks or delays and escalate appropriately.
Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or related roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
Previous experience within FMCG, food, retail, lifestyle, or consumer-focused businesses is an added advantage.
