We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Social Media Officer to manage and grow the brand’s online presence across multiple digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, driving audience engagement, managing online communities, and executing social media campaigns that align with the brand’s voice and business objectives.

Job Objectives
Create compelling visual and written content that inspires, informs, and captivates target audiences.
Strengthen the brand’s online visibility and engagement across social media platforms.
Communicate the brand’s message effectively through creative storytelling and digital campaigns.
Support brand awareness, customer engagement, and product promotion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across all digital platforms.
Create engaging captions and content aligned with the brand’s tone and identity.
Manage and maintain the social media content calendar while ensuring timely publishing.
Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative ideas to improve engagement and visibility.
Respond promptly to comments, messages, and customer inquiries to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with the design, production, and marketing teams to support campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
Track social media performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.
Support influencer partnerships and digital campaigns aimed at increasing visibility and conversions.
Run paid social media advertisements across platforms such as Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and related channels.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Upload a minimum of 4 engaging content posts weekly.
Increase likes, comments, and shares by at least 20% monthly.
Resolve customer complaints within 72 hours of receipt.
Achieve a minimum 20% monthly increase in social media followership.
Improve content reach and audience engagement consistently.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or any related field.
Minimum of 2–4 years proven experience managing social media for a brand, preferably within food, retail, or lifestyle industries.
Strong content creation skills with proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
Experience running paid social media advertisements with measurable results.
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and reporting tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail with a creative eye for brand aesthetics and visual communication.
