Grants & Partnerships Officer
Location: Warri, Delta State & Edo State
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦500,000 Monthly
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Grants & Partnerships Officer to support fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, partnership management, and grant administration activities within the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess strong research, writing, communication, and coordination skills, with a passion for community development and impact-driven work.
Key Responsibilities
Support the identification and tracking of grant and funding opportunities aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities.
Assist in drafting grant proposals, concept notes, budgets, and donor reports.
Maintain grants and partnerships databases including timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
Support relationship management with donors, partners, and funding institutions.
Assist in preparing partnership briefs, MOUs, presentations, and pitch materials.
Coordinate internal contributions required for grant submissions and donor reporting.
Support monitoring and compliance with donor requirements and funding agreements.
Assist in organizing donor meetings, stakeholder engagements, and partnership events.
Conduct research on donor priorities, funding trends, and partnership opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
Previous experience in grants support, partnerships, fundraising, or development work is an added advantage.
Experience within a non-profit or donor-funded organization is desirable.
Strong research, writing, and documentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
