Responsibilities
● Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and performance
targets.
● Conduct performance reviews, set clear KPIs, and support professional development of team
members.
● Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
● Manage and grow relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
● Ensure consistent customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
● Represent the company professionally at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events to
enhance visibility and trust.
● Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics to identify risks and
opportunities.
● Analyze sales metrics, market performance data, and customer insights to guide
decision-making.
● Prepare sales forecasts, reports, presentations for management review and work closely with
marketing, product development, and operations teams to design promotional campaigns and
customer acquisition initiatives.
● Provide feedback from the market to influence product enhancements and marketing
direction; also ensure sales processes and documentation comply with company policies and
client requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional sales certification is an added advantage.
7–9 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or senior sales management role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and sales growth targets.
Strong experience in developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and expand market share.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with key or high-value accounts.
Experience managing and mentoring sales teams, including performance management and coaching.
Strong skills in pricing strategy, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
