• Develop and manage the 14-week master project plan
• Coordinate Legal, Technical, and Business workstreams
• Facilitate weekly cross-functional review meetings
• Maintain risk register and assumption log
• Ensure alignment between technical inputs and financial modelling
• Consolidate all reports into a structured feasibility document
• Provide bi-weekly executive updates
• Ensure final deliverables meet internal approval standards
• Ensure AI integration is embedded across all technical, financial, and operational workstreams
• Maintain AI/data requirements log
• Coordinate cross-functional validation of AI-driven assumptions
• Ensure the feasibility report includes AI implementation roadmap
requirements
Strong project planning and coordination skills
