Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and performance of all facilities and properties.
Develop and implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures.
Manage facility teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all properties.
Prepare and manage facility budgets, cost control measures, and operational expenses.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Coordinate maintenance schedules
Improve operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction through proactive facility solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Estate Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in facility or property management, preferably within the real estate sector.
Proven leadership experience managing teams and third-party vendors.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong financial management and budgeting experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
