job responsibilties
Support the design of graphics for social media, reports, presentations, flyers, and
campaigns.Assist in maintaining visual consistency in line with the foundation’s brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Communications team on campaign visuals and programme
storytelling.
• Edit and adapt existing designs for various platforms and formats.
• Support basic photo editing and layout design tasks.
• Manage design files and maintain an organised digital asset library.
• Assist with event branding and production of visual materials.
requirements
A degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related
field is preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or creative roles.
Experience designing for digital platforms is an advantage.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
• Basic understanding of branding and visual communication.
Creativity with attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and accept feedback constructively.
• Creative, eager to learn, reliable, receptive to guidance, and aligned with the Foundation’s values.
