Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, media agencies, film/TV producers, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of inbound and outbound leads.
  • Lead pitches, presentations, and negotiations to close profitable deals.
  • Drive quarterly and annual sales growth targets, ensuring repeat business from existing clients.
2. Business Development & Partnerships
  • Research market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and propose new products, services, and seasonal packages to expand LSI’s offerings.
  • Build partnerships with sponsors, vendors, and industry stakeholders for monetisation opportunities.
  • Support expansion into studio rentals, training academy, and regional partnerships.
3. Marketing & Brand Support
  • Develop sales materials, case studies, and sector-specific pitch decks.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize LSI’s digital presence (website, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Drive campaigns that highlight LSI’s capabilities, seasonal offers, and success stories.
  • Coordinate and represent LSI at offline activations, panels, and industry networking events.
4. Reporting & Collaboration
  • Maintain accurate sales records and CRM databases.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, and pipeline health.
  • Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a professional brand ambassador of LSI in all external engagements.

Qualifications & Experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5years+ experience in business development, sales, or Marketing Agency (preferably in media, entertainment, or events).
  • Proven ability to consistently meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
