Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands
• Directly oversee quality control at all production stages (cutting, joining,
finishing)
• Lead and manage a production team of approximately 10 employees
including piece workers
• Utilize MRP/ERP systems for production planning and inventory management
• Maintain accurate production records and generate regular reports
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve efficiency
requirements
Requirements
• Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, Operations Management, or related field (Preferably)
• 3-5 years proven experience in garment manufacturing production management
• Technical knowledge of sewing techniques, garment construction, and pattern
making
• Responsible for identifying staffing needs and recruiting qualified tailors and production workers
• Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems (MRPeasy experience is a plus)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent punctuality and professional work ethic
• Hands-on management approach
