Key Responsibilities
• HR Business Partnering & Leadership
• Act as a primary HR point of contact for assigned clients, providing end-to-end HR advisory services.
• Lead the execution of HR strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Translate business needs into practical HR solutions across multiple client accounts.
Proactively identify HR risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Talent & Workforce Management
• Lead and oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities for clients.
• Support and guide performance management cycles, goal setting, and employee development initiatives.
• Advise clients on employee relations matters, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
• HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure HR policies, processes, and documentation are compliant with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Review, implement, and improve HR frameworks including policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting for both internal and client use.
• Stakeholder & Client Management
• Build strong, professional relationships with client stakeholders.
• Lead HR meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients confidently.
• Provide clear HR insights, reports, and recommendations to management and clients.
• Team & Process Oversight
Supervise and guide junior HR staff or interns where applicable.
• Take ownership of assigned HR projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Continuously improve internal HR processes and consulting delivery standards.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years relevant HR experience, preferably within consulting, professional services, or multi-client environments.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives independently, not just support execution.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think commercially and align HR actions with business outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
