Develop and implement comprehensive PR and corporate communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Serve as the lead advisor on communication issues, reputation management, and media relations.

Supervise and mentor a communications team or external agencies to ensure high-quality output.

Build and maintain strong relationships with media, analysts, influencers, and key stakeholders.

Act as the organization’s spokesperson when needed; prepare executives for media engagements.

Manage press releases, media pitches, press kits, and responses to media inquiries.

Lead the creation of corporate messaging, internal newsletters, speeches, executive communications, and annual reports.

Develop and oversee internal communication initiatives to foster employee engagement and alignment.

Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all communication platforms and materials.

Oversee digital communications strategy including website content, blogs, and social media.

Ensure timely, engaging, and brand-aligned content across all digital channels.
requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
-
5+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a similar leadership role.

Proven success in strategic communication planning and execution.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong media relations skills and experience with high-level crisis communications
