job responsibilties
– Develop and implement a full-scale marketing strategy aligned with the company’s revenue and brand objectives.
– Establish the marketing department structure, including hiring and managing a team (digital marketers, content creators, social media managers, etc.).
– Define KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics to track marketing effectiveness.
– Drive lead generation and conversion strategies to meet the 1 billion Naira annual sales target.
– Develop high-ticket client acquisition strategies (luxury residential, corporate, hospitality, and real estate developers).
– Implement CRM strategies to nurture leads and maximize customer lifetime value.
– Build and maintain a strong luxury brand identity for the firm.
– Oversee content marketing, including blogs, case studies, and portfolio showcases.
– Manage PR efforts, partnerships, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand credibility. – Ensure consistent branding across all channels (website, social media, print, events).
– Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
– Plan and execute high-impact offline campaigns (exhibitions, trade shows, networking events).
– Leverage visual storytelling (video marketing, 3D renderings, virtual tours) to attract clients. – Optimize the company website for lead capture and conversion.
– Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum
requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
– 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (preferably in interior design, luxury real estate, architecture, or high-end retail).
– Proven track record of setting up a marketing department from scratch.
– Demonstrated success in driving sales growth (experience with high-value B2B/B2C clients is a plus).
– Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media ads), CRM tools, and analytics.
– Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
– Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding aesthetics.
